Meet Kathryn Gibb

Kathryn's background in property investment and development gives her an owner's eye for what makes a home perform, and she has spent years putting that into practice running serviced accommodation.

She first ran a serviced accommodation business in Andorra, hosting guests drawn by the Pyrenees ski season, where seamless arrivals and well-run properties made all the difference. In France she let her own high-end home to discerning guests, learning first-hand what owners need from the people looking after their property.

In 2023 she founded The Silk Rooms Collection in Knutsford, creating The Silk Rooms in a Grade II listed building and later The Linen Rooms. Both are design-led boutique properties, with every room styled with care and character and finished to hotel standards. Guests notice that attention to detail from the moment they arrive to the morning they leave, and it is what has built the properties' reputation.

Now Kathryn brings that experience to privately owned homes across Cheshire. Owners get a local, hands-on partner who has been on both sides of the door, and who runs their property the way she runs her own: carefully presented, properly cared for, and priced to perform.
